Abstract :
EXTEST is a knowledge-based program to support the design of testable logic circuits. Starting from a given prototype rule base, a user is able to modify the rule base via a comfortable user interface. Also included is an improved classical testability analysis indicating logical and sequential depth at every node in the network. Topics discussed include knowledge acquisition, rule interface, netlist check, and testability analysis
