Abstract
The authors present a modified multiloop algorithm including feedforward and droop for controlling a 9 kW buck chopper. The state feedback pole selection is based on a prototype Bessel function model. The design incorporates tradeoffs in chopper hardware parameters and pole locations. Hardware and simulation results are presented
