Abstract :
The owner´s investment control is from the investment decision making stage to the completion of the project, which involves various stages in collaboration with several units. It is important for owners to think that how to sign a contract about investment control with the contractors in order to share risk, maximize the mobilization of all units and finish the project successfully. In this paper, the related analysis of the case in various stages such as decision-making, design, construction, completion were made to make some useful suggestions.
