Abstract :
In this paper, we have carried out a photorefractive gain coefficients measurement of BaTiO3:Rh crystals grown by the top-seeded solution grown (TSSG) technique with three Rh concentrations (500, 1000, and 2000 ppm in the melt) and two types of Rh compounds (Rh 2O3 and RhO2)
