Abstract :
The working mechanism of cross-river-or-sea pile with high-rise pile cap under horizontal load of current drag and collision force of ship and so on is complicated for its nature of non-fixed end contact between the soil and pile. The pile-soil structure includes the embedded part of the pile in the soil and the cantilever that should be described using piecewise mathematical model together, and for the complication of the interaction between soil and pile there is still much more difficulties in obtaining the theoretical results of the problems. First, mechanical model is established for a high-rise pile that assumes pile and cushion cap are of link connection in this paper. Then, boundary and continuous conditions between the two parts are analyzed and listed. Last, verification and analysis is carried out based on an engineering example for the theoretical results obtained in this paper.
