Abstract :
This paper presents an easy to use simulator of a wind power generator. We can simulate the working characteristics depending on the wind speed and power. The simulator also allows to automatically control the electric power for certain wind parameters by modifying the pitch angle and the rotation speed. For variable speed wind turbines, the system is adjusted so that for each value of the wind speed, the turbine operates at maximum power.
