Abstract :
The thin film InSb magnetoresistor has been shown to have advantages for position sensing applications over the automotive temperature range of -40 degrees C to at least +200 degrees C. It has relatively good thermal stability, high sensitivity to a magnetic field, and excellent reliability, even under thermal cycling conditions.<>
