Abstract :
The research focus on the general layout, design and optimization of the chassis for EV. Each component will be concerned when make the general layout, aim to avoid interference of the components and fit the traditional user´s custom. Meanwhile the human engineering is also taken into the consideration within the design process. The lightweight of the chassis bases on the result of analysis in Hypermesh.
