            Abstract : 
On the basis of low carbon city concept, combined with international energy situation, energy supply system, energy storage technology and economic analysis on the energy center of Chen Jiazhen low-carbon experimental zones are researched. Through taking full advantage of off-peak hours and clean energy such as solar energy, combined with advanced thermal storage technology, this model achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
