Abstract :
It is important to research misfire diagnostics for On Board Diagnosis system. Misfire detection based on crankshaft speed fluctuation and engine roughness calculation is a common and useful method. This paper studies the current misfire diagnostic method and the optimizing strategy based on Chery 447F engine. Advanced gasoline engine misfire detection method using multiple filtering is presented without Fuel-Cut Self Learning and Fuel-On Self-Learning.
