The research and development for the EFI of DY125 motorcycle

Abstract :
On the basis of the development of DY125 motorcycle EFI system through the necessary modified, designed, the completion of the overall system development on fuel oil supply systems and air supply system, I have got the map of angle of ignition advance. And a test on it is carried out on external characteristic, emission quality and power of engine and other related performance. The experiment results show that the performance of developing EFI engine has been promoted than the original carburetor engine, and all tests are to meet the relevant national standards. In particular, the engine of the emission test achieved the level of country III, which is unable to achieve for the carburetor.
