Abstract :
In this paper, the drive system of pure electric vehicle (PEV) was selected as study object. By preliminarily evaluating the vibration and noise characteristics of drive system from drum test and performing fixed vibration and acoustic properties test on electric motor and gear-box. The results showed that the PEV interior noise was mainly from drive system. In addition, spectrum analysis indicated that the drive system noise was not only relevant to the inherent character of electric motor, but also affected by gear-box as well as the fan of electric motor. The test results had provided evidence for reducing vibration and noise of PEV drive system and also brought certain referential value for further development of PEV.
