Information base for computer aided control system design-Design catalogues

As one of the most important achievements of design methodology, design catalogues have been used widely in machine design. However, they have not been used in control system design whose work is quite similar to machine design in many ways. This paper introduces the concept of design catalogues to control system design, and presents the concept of control system design catalogues and their development requirements as well as their applications in control system design
