Abstract
A SoPC design is implemented based on open source LEON3 SoC platform in this paper. The hardware design consists of IP mapping, generics configuration, address space configuration, source code modification, and so on. The software design includes operating system porting and application software porting. The designed SoPC runs at 40 MHz with a power consumption of 168 mW. Minigui software running on the designed SoPC proves that the SoPC works correctly.
