Abstract :
The advantages and disadvantages of the previous pre-distortion methods for high power amplifiers (HPA) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) transmitter are compared and summarized systematic-ally. Block-oriented model-based adaptive digital pre-distortion technique is given an elaborate elucidation, which compensates for the distortions due to memory HPA. Based on the research of Wiener-Hammerstein model, an adaptive pre-distorter for the memory HPA is constructed.
