Abstract :
In view of the abnormal vibration for cab console of a locomotive,using the self-developed signal acquisition and modal analysis system,the vibration signals of console are measured and analyzed in the acceleration process and steady speed process of locomotive engine. By research of rubber mount matching and dynamics simulation,the resonance of suspension system caused by the irrational rubber mount matching is the main reason of abnormal vibration for console. By the rubber stiffness test and verification of improved plan,the abnormal vibration level of console is improved.
