Abstract :
This paper designs the hydraulic shift system of ZL50 loader with advanced mechanism theory . First, according to the request of speed and maximum drawing force, design the hydraulic shift system of ZL50 loader. Then the loader drawing characteristic and the temperature rise of drive system are calculated, and their performance is evaluated . Therefore a reliable theoretic basis is laid for the collectivity design.
