  • Abstract
    With the human being´s advances in technology and business economic growth, the consumption of material grows rapidly, and cause many environmental problems. If we can understand the importance of resource recycling, then, it can leave a clean space for future generations. Hence, the paper uses significant to analyze the weightings, and use reduct to calculate the frequency of influence factor, then, the importance of influence items could be reached. Through the actual analysis, the results not only correspond to the previous research, but also provide the strategies to the resource recycling plants to increase the operational efficiency.
