Abstract :
In conclusion a high-speed MQW laser with a small gain compression factor was used to generate a gain switched pulse at a 20-GHz repetition rate. We have observed irregular behavior including chaos, which could be stabilized to a limit cycle by injection seeding a laser with external coherent light injection
