Abstract :
This paper presents a simple design strategy of robust fuzzy PID control system for the regulation of a small activated sludge process (ASP) wastewater treatment plant, especially. At first, fuzzy PID controller is described. Then, a novel control strategy is presented considering the different operating modes and conditions. Finally, the fuzzy PID controller and its application to an activated sludge wastewater treatment plant is simulated and discussed. Which demonstrates a very robust nature.
