Abstract :
Based on a large number of experimental data, a simple construction method of driving cycle named fixed step intercept is used to construct the driving cycle of Hefei. In data processing, three definitions of running statuses are defined. The results and errors of different definitions of running statuses are analyzed through 11 characteristic parameters which reflect the road traffic characteristics and the non-parametric test of speed-acceleration frequency distribution. Results show that the overall relative errors of the characteristic parameters are the smallest under the definition 2 and the similarity level with experimental data also is the highest. The driving cycle under the definition 2 can comprehensively reflect the actual traffic of Hefei.
