Abstract :
This paper focuses on the analysis and synthesis of robust H control for linear time-varying uncertain dynamic systems with delayed state and control. Two methods are given for robust H controller synthesis: one is to construct the robust H controller by an equivalent linear time-invariant structural description for the sufficient conditions; and the other method is to transform the sufficient conditions into an linear matrix inequality problem and thus no tuning of the parameters is needed to obtain a robust H controller
