Abstract :
Cognitive radio is an emerging concept that facilitates the intelligent usage of radio resources in heterogeneous radio environments, and the reconfiguration of a cognitive radio terminal (CRT) is a key technology in coordination between the terminal and the network. An evolved dynamic-level scheduling (EDLS) algorithm is proposed for resource scheduling in a CRT´s reconfiguring process. The algorithm can increase the efficiency of editing time by improving the task clustering methods and combining it with the original dynamic-level scheduling (DLS) algorithm. Simulation results show that EDLS is able to achieve better performance compared with performance effective task scheduling (PETS) and DLS.
