Abstract
Focuses on the problem of robust reliable H∞ control design for linear systems with delayed state and with norm-bounded parameter uncertainty in the state matrix. The resulting control systems are reliable in that they provide guaranteed stability and H∞ performance for all possible actuator failures within a prespecified subset of actuators as well as all admissible uncertainties
