Abstract :
After defining concepts of CN resources, resource element (RE), and character parameter (CP), a model with layered structure is proposed in this paper to analyze resources of cognitive networks (CN). In this structure CPs are used to describe RE, and REs are used to assemble CN resources. Moreover REs and CPs are methodically classified into several categories for clearer research. The proposed method is compared with existing methods, and the results indicate that this novel method is clearer and more detailed in terms of representing CN resources, which can facilitate network resources management and CN research.
