Abstract :
In the context of the recent concerns related to the contactless energy transfer applications, the paper aims to present new aspects on the harmonics influence on the power transfer parameters. For this reason the inductively coupled circuits have not been studied independently, but closely related to the system elements they are connected, i.e. d.c. - a.c. converter. After an analysis of the harmonic component of the voltage offered by the inverter, the analysis of the magnetically coupled circuits was made. It covered not only the determination of some electrical quantities (currents, powers), but also the efficiency of the power transferred to the consumer. The quantities were represented as function of the operating frequency of the system. The results confirmed the conclusions of other researchers and brought new aspects in the field.
