Abstract :
In this paper, the heat transfer of cylinder for air-cooled engine was simulated according to the theory of the fluid-solid coupled heat transfer. According to this theory, the heat conduction between the cylinder and cylinder liner was considered as internal condition of the system, which can make the simulation simple and convenient, compared with the experiment result, it show that coupled analysis was reliable about the heat transfer of cylinder. Considering the whole working condition of the aerial vehicle, the simulation of the heat transfer of the cylinder within the working altitude was carried out, establishing a basis for going a step further of the cylinder heat transfer.
