Abstract :
Objects existed in the world are usually composed of a finite number of primitive components. Itpsilas always beneficial to decompose these objects into basic components when facing the indexing, recognition, or retrieval issues. In this work we intended to devise an algorithm to effectively and efficiently decompose 2D projections of objects into primitive components. This decomposition process is important in different application domains, such as 3D object recognition, human behavior analysis, and content-based image retrieval.
