  • Abstract
    With the development of applications of e-commerce, the requirements of web-based network services are increasingly growing. Based on the analysis of agent applications, the paper puts forward the advantages of Mobile Agent in saving network bandwidth, load balancing, and parallel computing and so on. Combining those advantages and studying the model of e-commerce transactions and features of Mobile Agent technology, the paper presents e-commerce platform based on Mobile Agent. Finally, through swam system simulation, the experiments show that e-commerce system based on mobile agent technology can adapt to the dynamic of the network and improve the efficiency of electronic transactions. E-commerce based on mobile agent will change e-commerce a lot and contribute to a new commerce model.
