  • Abstract
    To improve response speed of the hydraulic tensioning device and overcome the disadvantages of nonlinear and large delay in hydraulic system, through establishing transfer function of hydraulic system, the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system under PID control was analyzed with the pressure curve simulated using MATLAB. The results show that: Compared to none control strategy and conventional PID control, system feature has advantages of fast response and small overshoot under fuzzy PID control. Finally, the theoretical analysis was verified correct through experiment of programming the Fuzzy PID control program in S7-300PLC, and provides reference for improving the control effect of electro-hydraulic proportional control system.
