Abstract :
According to the fact that adding rubber on the intermediate support can achieve reducing vibrations, improving the vibrations isolation effect and increasing the ride comfort of the vehicle, this paper uses a Micro-vehicle with two shafts as the object of the study. First, we test the effects of different stiffness on the transmission shaft, and then do dynamic simulation during the shaft´s operation and the optimization design of the intermediate support´s stiffness parameters based on ADAMS.
