Abstract :
With a focus on the hydraulic system of CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission), the transfer function of hydraulic system of CVT and the dynamic simulation model of this system based on AMEsim were built, and the characteristics of speed ratio response was simulated and calculated. To improve the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system of CVT, Optimal design of parameters with speed ratio control system was carried out. Combined with the working condition of vehicle start up, the simulation analysis was carried out based on AMEsim. The results of analysis showed that the dynamic characteristics and precision of tracking error were improved by the optimal designed system.
