Abstract :
This paper presents a minimum time fault isolation filter for discrete-time stochastic linear systems. The filter´s transfer function between faults and the estimate of these faults is fixed and equal to the inverse of a polynomial matrix describing the input structure delay of the system. The remaining design of freedom is used to generate a minimum variance faults estimator.
