Abstract :
This article discusses real estate apportionment and automatic calculation model, and achieves automatic calculation of apportionment area, which belongs to real estate thematic map based on Auto CAD secondary development. It also provides a useful approach to generate real estate thematic map automatically, shows a series of software operating procedures, and demonstrates an example of the combination of real estate mapping and spatial database.
