Abstract :
By integrating GNSS chips into smart phones the user also wants to navigate in areas where GPS and similar systems were not intended to be used like urban canyons and even indoors. In and the peer-to-peer Kalman Filter was introduced which realizes navigation indoors using only cheap and easy to integrate sensors and temporal ad-hoc networks among users. This approach is now further evaluated using a software signal generator to simulate controllably and repeatedly position dependent conditions in an indoor area.
