Abstract :
Lives now depend much more on the information infrastructure. The Integrated Building Distribution Network (IBDN) is one of the most important parts of the information infrastructure, which should be reliable and flexible. The harmful effects from nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NEMP) are discussed in this paper. The conclusions can be used for general electromagnetic pulse cases
