Abstract
Circuits are described by a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations that are created using modified nodal analysis (MNA). A method based on the Newton-Kantorovich approach is used for linearization of the equations, and a very fast spectral algorithm based on Chebyshev polynomials is used to solve the linearized equations. Numerous properties of Chebyshev series are applied to develop an efficient algorithm and speed up the simulation process
