    On behalf of the organizing and program committee, we would like to welcome you to the 28th IEEE International Conference on Computer Design 2010. The International Conference on Computer Design (ICCD) encompasses a wide range of technical topics and provides an ideal environment to discuss practical and theoretical work that enables cross-pollination. The ICCD venue and program reflect this goal. Being a truly international venue, this year the conference is held in the exciting multi-cultural city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
