Abstract :
Neural network system with delayed feedback is investigated. By employing the polynomial theorem, the distribution of the roots to the associated characteristic equation is analyzed; the conditions of ensuring the existence of Hopf bifurcation are given. Some numerical simulations show that Hopfield neural networks with delayed feedback can exhibit chaos-to-periodic orbits when a delayed parameter varies.
