A Framework of Service Invocation in the Novel DSS Based on Humanware Service

In general, the DSS (Decision Support System) is constructed with Software Services, which can´t solve abstract or nonlinear problems perfectly. Based on this, Human ware Service blending into traditional DSS provides a good path, upon that it forms of the novel DSS. In this paper, the focus is the conceptual service invocation framework in the novel DSS. The research presents a service invocation process. Based on the process, the description method, comparison, and connection of Software Service and Human ware Service are included in the paper. The interface of the novel DSS with service is clarified, which included the system message matching with variable services, and service returning the output message to the system. The framework provides guidance to the method of human ware service melting into DSS.
