Abstract :
An analysis methodology of EMI simulation results is proposed. The electric and magnetic dipole moments are calculated from the current distribution obtained by an EMI simulator. The radiation is re-calculated from those moments to decompose the total radiation to the common mode and differential mode radiation. Investigating the direction and phase of those moments with the current distribution, much helpful information can be obtained
