  • Abstract
Multi-frame superresolution technology can get a high resolution image from multi-frame LR images. The last period processing of the bionic compound eye system can be considered as a multi-frame super-resolution processing. An iterative method is proposed built on the "shift and add" algorithm. For its disadvantage of restoring the information of edge and detail, the new iterative method suggests that the low-resolution images should be preprocessed before interpolation, so that the reconstructed high-resolution image can have the clearer edges. At the same time, in order to improve the weakness of maximum a posteriori algorithm in edge and detail, this method also is used before reconstruction.
