Abstract :
By using linear matrix inequality approach, this paper deals with H∞ control problem for a class of uncertain linear systems with time-varying state and control input delays and normbounded parameter perturbations. A sufficient condition for such system to be robust stabilization by state feedback is obtained based on LMI approach. Moreover, the result is not only stabilizes the time-delay system, but also makes the H∞ norm of such closed-loop system to be less than a given upper bound.
