Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed a new method to estimate the range of a closed multi-source using dual focused MUSIC algorithm and fuzzy algorithm. The proposed method is able to cancel virtual signal sources, which are made of intersection direction of estimated signal sources by array antenna. However if the received signals is coherent, the rank of covariance matrix signal will be reduce and the MUSIC algorithm do not offer the correct answer to solve this problem, thus A Spatial Smoothing method is used. Results show that the DOA and passive range is estimated with good accuracy.
