Abstract :
The building of military logistics network is an important issue for the construction of new forces. After analyzing the characteristics of the military logistics network and the application of JIT mode in military logistics network, this paper throw out the structure of our military logistics network model based on JIT. At the same time, by giving a description of logistics center layout, location, organizational network, and share-based information networks, we described the structural model and the strategy for the construction of military logistics network based on JIT.
