Abstract :
There are different data processing methods in power quality monitoring system. This paper proposes a new data processing method based on data pre-processing, reasonable choice of time interval for analysis and generating daily statistical file. On the basis of IEC standard, it is effective to obtain clear and explicit graphs and quickly create different statistical reports in the power quality control center by adopting the effective measuring time in collecting apparatus and reading data file of monitoring spot in accordance with appointed format in monitoring system. With this method of data processing, the power quality monitoring system can be effectively applied to practical power system.
