Abstract :
The concept of using random vector to describe the performance indexes of mechanical parts was put forward. The impact of different components of diaphragm spring geometric dimension vector on the covariance matrix determinant value and covariance matrix diagonal sum of diaphragm spring performance indexes vector was studied by using Monte-Carlo simulation orthogonal experiment method and component dispersion perturbation method. Studies showed that the impacts of the dispersion of diaphragm spring cone angle on each performance dispersion are all ranked first, and far exceed other dimension dispersion. So it must be strictly controlled in the production process.
