Abstract
An empirical analysis on relevant data of 132 service enterprises in Zhejiang Province reveals that 47.7% leaders attributed core competitiveness of service enterprises to corporate culture, and the followed regression analysis showed that leader´s dynamic traits and exchange traits affected the competitiveness of service enterprises, in more specific, leader´s dynamic traits affected the management competitiveness while the exchange traits affected the technology competitiveness.
