Abstract
This paper analyzes the business and supervision processes related to the transport of hazardous chemicals and proposes the design of an e-government platform that can fulfill the requirements of these operations. The e-government platform includes platform structure design, data exchange component design, business component design as well as trans-regional transport joint-monitoring platform design. The e-government platform will enable the seamless, whole-process monitoring of the transport of hazardous chemicals, thus improve the operating efficiency of transport businesses and inter-departmental and inter-regional regulatory efficiency.
