Abstract :
GSM, ultrashort wave and satellite communication are mostly used in water communication networks. The narrow bandwidth, incomplete network covering and high expending, however, cannot guarantee emergency communication for flood control (ECFFC). According to requirements of ECFFC, this paper puts forward a technical scheme of emergency millimeter wave communication system for flood control. Then, transceiver circuits coupled with indexes of chief components of the whole system are designed. Evaluations and a simulation of vital performance characteristics, simultaneously, are given out respectively. Results indicate that this solution is suitable to deliver video, audio and data information for ECFFC and the extreme conditions that ground communication facilities are ruined by calamity.
